APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you are late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to request a card on file when scheduling an appointment. All cards and client info kept on file are protective through our secure software system.
CANCELLATIONS
Since your appointment time is uniquely yours, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to inform us of any cancellations or alterations to your appointment. Cancellations or modifications to your appointment made less than 48 hours may result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service(s). Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged full price. If you are late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services(s) remain the same.
POINTS OF CONSIDERATION
We ask our new clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments. Clients may cancel appointments without charge 48 hours in advance for Salon and Spa services. If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price. On behalf of all our guests, we ask that children are brought only when they have scheduled appointments. RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to insure that every guest is 100% satisfied with their services. However, If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 5 days of your initial service. All hair extension hair and hair extension installs are final sale.
RETAIL PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
When accompanied with an original receipt, unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund in the same method as the original form of payment within 30 days. Used and opened products may not be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on holiday items, holiday gits sets, or gift cards.
